You can register in person the day of the race at the Westport Island Town Hall, beginning at 8:00 a.m. NOTE: The Fun Walk participants must register by no later than 9:15 a.m. The 10K Road Race runners must register no later than 9:30 a.m.
4) Picking Up Your Bib Numbers:
All bib numbers for runners and walkers can be picked up on Race Day at the Westport Island Town Hall, beginning at 7:00 a .m.
*The Fun Walk begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. The Fun Walk participants must pick up their bibs no later than 8:15 a.m.
*The 10K race will start promptly at 9:00 a.m. The 10K runners must pick up their bibs no later than 8:30 a.m.

I know that running is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter unless I am medically able and properly trained.I also know that although police protection will be provided, there will be traffic.I assume any and all risks associated with running this event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat or humidity, and the conditions of the roads.Knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry fee, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators or anyone who might claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue, and waive, release and discharge the Westport Island Shore Run Association, Town of Westport Island, Town of Wiscasset, County of Lincoln, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department, Westport Island Community Association, Westport Island Volunteer Fire Department, 5K Sports Management, and any and all state, county and town officials and employees, race officials, volunteers and all sponsors, including but not limited to their agents, employees, assigns or anyone acting on their behalf, from any and all claims for death, personal injury, or property damage or whatsoever, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown.
